The HRXML extract file output when defined for "Health" plan carriers does not include the Employee cost or total employee cost data points. This is needed for some vendors that provide direct billing services to non-payroll benefit plan participants, such as benefit nonworkers and retirees.
The Cost is shown in the application UI on the extract data table, but not included in the resulting XML file. When looking at XML output files for plans defined as "FSA" types, the per pay period values are included. The same data should be available when the extract type is defined for a "Health" plan carrier.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Benefits > Evaluation and Reporting > Manage Extracts > Submit
