Symptoms

On : 11.1.8.0.0 version, Manage Workforce Lifecycle

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
With regards to the “Information sharing” action available for employee SS and manager SS, it seems the process is working fine when employee is sharing information using an external recipient type.
This is not working from Manager self service. If manager updates any information and share it with third party (external recipient), notification is not sent.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
 When "Shared information" action is taken by manager, and it's shared with external recipient, notification should be delivered to the destination.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Employee, through self-service shares information with an external recipient using the email address: ‘firstname.lastname@company.com’. The notification is delivered to recipient.
2. Manager, through self-service shares information with an external recipient using the email address: ‘firstname.lastname@company.com’. The notification is not delivered to recipient.
