Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When customer tries to publish a Custom Subject Area, the following Error Occurs: 

ERROR: 

The custom subject area was not submitted (ZCX-3075040)


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to App Composer > Sales Application > Custom Subject Areas
2. Edit the subject area that is in process status
3. Include new fields and Submit

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot new fields on CSA
