Fusion Applications Taleo Export Process (Position Object) Not Running (Doc ID 1902837.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.1.8.0.0 version, Taleo Integration

On Running export process for the Position Object
Till today its running state and not processing
On cancelling the process and running the process again for the same process -- it is still running
When one would view the logs for process -- there is data error
However system should show warning or some more meaningful status

System should not show running, but rather something useful information should be shown
Instead of Running state -- rather an error -- or warning


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Issue with running export process for Positions objects
