Bug 18669788 CRM Desktop Issue: Application Manager: Integrity Broken (Doc ID 1902952.1)

After downloading and installing the .msi file from the pod, opened Outlook and started the procedure to obtain the package. Right after obtaining the package
the following error occurs.

[14-04-23 12:19:44.119489,T2268] [ERROR] [first chance exception]: struct sd3::application_manager::integrity_broken: broken customization integrity detected
[14-04-23 12:19:44.119489,T2268] [info] [logf]: !ml::queue_executor::finish


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
