Is it possible to put an indicator in message in Engage to indicate in one glance if the message is positive, negative or neutral (based on the natural-language processing)?
This will avoid toggling from Listen & Analyze to Engage and vise versa when checking the negative messages as well as replying to the negative messages respectively.
