% Complete Values For a Phase Are Not Showing Same Values When Project is Exported to Microsoft Project (MSP) from Instantis EnterpriseTrack (Doc ID 1903274.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When a Project is exported to MSP, the % Complete (percent complete) values for a Phase are not showing the same.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Values in a Project should remain the same when exported to MSP.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into the application
2. Find the Project that has the MSP export enabled.
3. Select Import/Export
4. Export the Project
5. Open MSP
6. Select Add-ins -> Import from EnterpriseTrack
7. Scroll down to Activities
8. Check the % Complete values - showing incorrectly
