Goal

What is the best practice when it comes to these scenarios?

Started a compensation plan with evaluation Period start date 2014-01-01 and Evaluation period end date 2014-12-30. Plan Access start date is in december 2014, also the HR extraction date. The compensation plan has a cycle that reaches over 4 years - we have a deferral period of three years. Each year we will run the Transfer Workforce Compensation data to HR, so that element entries are created.

This makes the Employee X enrolled into the compensation plan with his assignment 1 in Legal employer A.
During year 2 there's a global transfer of the employee, this will terminate assignment 2 in LE A and create Assignment 1-2 in LE B.
So after the global transfer there wont be any element entries for this person when running the Transfer Workforce Compensation data to HR process. - As it says in the guides : that terminated employees wont be processed.

How should this be managed in a best practice way.. ?
