Goal

On : 11.1.8.0.0 version, Manage Workforce Lifecycle

Create a dynamic approval for Transfers which should include the new department head (HOD)  and the Business Unit head to which the employee is getting transferred.

Several examples of approval flows are given :


Example 1:
Initiator: Line Manager of Employee
First Level of Approver: Employee Current HOD
Second Level of Approver: Employee New HOD
Third Level of Approver: HR Officer
Fourth Level of Approver: HR Director

Example 2:
A person X is in Department A which belongs to Business Unit A. The line
manager of Department A initiates the transfer X from Dept A to Dept B (
which belongs to Business Unit B).
The approval flow will be as below:

1)Initiator of Transfer process: Line Manager of Dept A
2)1st Level Approval: Business Unit Head of BU A.
3)2nd level Approval: Line manager of proposed Dept B.
4)3rd level Approval: Business Unit Head of BU B.
