No error message is displayed if user does not enter a phone Area Code for US Phone but phone number not saved after submission
If a user does not enter an area code for US phone number and tries to submit the phone number,the submission appears to be successful but if you navigate back to Manage Person, the phone number did not actually get submitted.
The user used to get an error message when they tried to submit saying that an area code was required for US telephone numbers, but it is no longer being displayed.
