On : NA version, Workflow and Automation

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
There are Workflows created in the account, yet they are not accessible in the Workflow dropdown in the Collaboration.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expected to see the Workflow List in the dropdown.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a Workflow and add some steps to it.
2. Go to Home-> Collaborations
3. Click on Create a Thread.
4. In the pop up open the Workflow dropdown
This is blank.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
The user is unable to use Workflow inside the Bundles.
