work email id for a person has a future date 3/24/2015. Customer is unable to change this from OIM since this users account is in a deleted state. How many possible options are available to either correct the Future date in the Work Email ID or change the status of the Person as Active in OIM .
Addition Information regarding the Issue :
1. The Employees/Persons were hired manually and during this process the effective date for the Work Email Id's were entered with a Future Date : "03-24-2015".
2. After logging into Fusion Application,When a person details are viewed in "Manage Person" UI, then the Work Email is not displayed. But, when the Edit is clicked, then a window ( Edit E-Mail Address) is being popped up with the Work Email ID, but unable to delete and add a new work email id from UI (front end).
3. In OIM, when the test Person is searched, then the data is not retrieved, but in advanced search, when the same person is searched with future date, then the person details are retrieved but, under Account Settings, Identity Status is "Deleted". So, unable to perform any changes in Work Email ID in OIM as well.
4. Customer would like to correct the Future Dates in the Work Email IDs to the current or system date so that, the Work Email IDs will be displayed in "Manage Person" UI.
