Fusion Sales Cloud 11.1.8 - BI suddenly stops working for all users
The issue started after the POD was patched with one-off patch 14558946 on Jun-13.
According the saw log files, the following errors keep repeating:
Let me summarize the findings.
1. If we create new users now, they work fine.
2. The issue with User NOBUYA was resolved by some step in rename/forgetAccount process.
3. Most (or all excluding User SUPPORT and NOBUYA) of existing users have the issue regardless of being renamed or not.
It seems that some setting/mapping file between Fusion and BI is corrupted.
