Mobile Layout Displays Phone Numbers Improperly In Edit Mode

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
While running Mobile Sales in iPAD Contacts Phone Numbers are displayed in a different format for Edit and View Modes.

The Country Code and Area Code do not show up near each other.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Display Contacts Phone Numbers in same format for Edit and View Modes.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) go to Customers.
2) Find "P2 Lead SUI"
3) go to Contacts
4) Find "P2 Mobile Contact" - everything looks fine here. (screenshot 1)
5) Click on Contact - everything looks fine here (screenshot 2)
6) click Edit
Note 2 phone number fields in the top right that are blank. Scroll down on the left hand side, you will see a phone number that is 2977625. The area code 480 is actually three fields below that. The two blank phone number fields at the top right are even further away from their country and area codes.
This is the problem area (screenshot 3).
