PDF Only Shows a Black X When Using Internet Explorer 10 on Windows 7

When a user using Internet Explorer (IE) 10 clicks an action to print in PDF, the pop up only displays a black 'X' mark at the upper left corner and the output does not display. In some cases, there is also an error message displayed.
This occurs after IE has been upgraded from version 9 to version 10 on Windows 7.
