Receiving HZ-120113 error when creating a contact and populating the Fax field (renamed to 'Home')

The value for column Type must be a value defined in the lookup type PHONE_LINE_TYPE. (HZ-120113)

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
-From the Create Contact form, enter required fields.
-Enter Home field and click Save.
