ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Sales Cloud Icons Do Not Always Display in Outlook 2013

When Outlook 2013 is started, the icons on the left of Customer and Contacts and Leads and Opportunities are not visible. I have attached WORD doc with screen shots of example and also the details of the Outlook version being used.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

See icons on the left of Customer and Contacts and Leads and Opportunities visible.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Start CRM Outlook
2. Drill down Contacts or Customers

Due to this issue, users cannot see icons for Customer and Contacts
