Can Not Create Custom Subject Area Based On Custom Object (Doc ID 1907094.1)

Symptoms


Unable to create 'Custom Subject Area' (CSA) for any of the custom objects

When attempting to create CSA under any application for a custom object, the following error occurs.

The custom subject area was not submitted. (ZCX-3075040)




STEPS TO REPRODUCE
--------------------------
1. login to applications
2. goto Navigator > Tools > Application Composer
3. choose any application = Common, customer Center , Sales
4. common setup > Custom Subject Areas >
5. click on Create New
6. enter details in each step
Step 1 : Define Custom Subject Area
Label =
Primary Object = choose the custom object here from lov
click Next
Step 2: Select Child Objects
Display Label = choose any name
click Next
Step 3: Fields
click Next
Step 4: Implicit Fact
click Next
Step 5: Configure Marketing Segmentation
click Next
Step 6: Configure Date Leveling
click Next
Step 7: Configure Security
click Next
Step 8: Review and Submit
click on Submit

7. there is message
  Processing
  The application is preparing to submit the custom subject area.

8. there is error message shown now

The custom subject area was not submitted. (ZCX-3075040)
