Goal

Our requirement is to reduce vacancies when hiring an employee to fill a vacancy. A possible solution would be to deliver a New Hire Flow to select a vacancy and fill this

We have created Vacancies / Openings for a specific Line Manager. We then Hire a new employee to fill this vacancy and expect this to reduce the number of openings/vacancies created for the line manager. The Employee is created and assigned the correct job, department and line manager. The new hire is visible in the line manager's hierarchy, HOWEVER the number of vacancies/openings is NOT reduced as expected.

Steps to reproduce

1. In Manager Resources - Select Actions -> Create Vacancy
2. Create 2 vacancies for:
  Manager : XXXXXXX
  Department : IS Services
  Position : Specialist, Sales Support
