Symptoms

On : 11.1.8.0.0 version, Manage Compensation


When attempting to download compensation worksheet, the Spreadsheet sheet doesn't look right and its doesn't download column name

ERROR
-----------------------

Failure of server APACHE bridge:
Internal Server failure, APACHE plugin. Cannot continue.

 

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Compensation > Workforce Compensation -> Act as Proxy Manager > Search Manager > Click on plan > On the worksheet > Prepare in workbook
