Symptoms

Problem Description:

When accessing Oracle Business Intelligence (OBI) or Oracle Analytics (OAS), the following message appears:

Reporting data update pending.
The reporting data tables need to be updated. Please contact you system
administrator if this message persists longer than a few hours

The message may instead state Reporting data updating.
