Fax And Telephone Number From OIM Is Not Pulled Into Fusion

Information in this document applies to any platform.
An employee is Hired in Fusion without phone number and fax details and later In OIM, Fax and Telephone Number details are updated.
However, when "Retrieve LDAP process" is run, the details are not pulled into Fusion.
Steps To Reproduce
1. Hire an Employee into Fusion without phone number and fax details.
2. Update Fax and Telephone Number details in OIM.
3. Run Retrieve LDAP process.
