Simplified UI - DQM Appears When Creating An Account (Doc ID 1909401.1)

Symptoms

When creating an account on Classic UI, everything is fine.
However, when creating an account on SUI, once all the fields are entered and click on Save and Continue or Save and Close, a DQM window appears, with always the same accounts (there is nothing similar between the account we currently try to create and the displayed accounts by DQM). Also, the customer name from the My New Account section is empty.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. login to FUSE and navigate to Accounts;
2. create a new account and enter the name and the address;
3. click on Save and Continue or Save and Close > the DQM possible duplicate window is displayed, showing always the same accounts no matter what data is entered in the UI when trying to create a new account. Also, notice how the customer name from the My New Account section is empty, although a name has been given to the new account.
