Symptoms

On Oracle Social Network (OSN) Cloud Service 11.1.1.8 version, Admin Console

When attempting to use the "Administrator" option within OSN
the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
"Access is denied due to invalid credentials or lack of privileges.
You do not have permission to access this site using the credentials supplied."
