Imported contact is missing when searching for it in the UI (Doc ID 1909513.1)

Symptoms


In both Simplified and Classic UIs
Even if contacts linked to accounts, sometime it's not possible to find the contact himself from the contact page.
In our example, the Compagny ETT has many contacts. We can see all contacts from the customers page without issue.
But it NOT possible to search these contacts from the Contact home page. The search return "No Result".

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log In Simplified UI > Account > open account : ETT > Search in Contact tab all contacts which well displayed
    Among them one is (eg) : Gérard Droniou
2. Simplified UI > Contacts > search for Contacts eg with criteria %Gérad% or %Gerard% or %Droniou% : cannot retrieve this contact
3. Notice the same bahavior in Classic UI


but he can be be retrive from contact serach in scope of custom ETT
