Fusion Benefits Management: Dependent Certification Required Even If Previously Provided (Doc ID 1910157.1)

When we process a life event for an employee, Dependent Certification is required, even if the certification has already been provided and no changes are made to the elections.

For example, if an employee was previously enrolled in Medical Insurance Employee + Spouse and provided the Marriage Certificate. If we process a subsequent Life Event but do not make any change to the medical election, another Marriage Certificate is required.
