Symptoms

An alert popup box will appear within configuration without any text or with text that is not specific to any part of the configuration. An example of the text is "Index: 1, Size: 0." This box can be dismissed by clicking 'OK'; however, the appearance of the alert box may be confusing during the configuration process. An example of the alert box is below:

Sometimes a Java error may trigger. An example of this is: 

An unknown error (class com.bm.xchange.services.scripts.bmjscripts.BMJScriptsSystemException) has occurred. Please contact your system administrator.

Changes

This box may appear occasionally after changes are made to configuration that increases the number of array sets, increases the number of rules running, or increase the number of auto-update attributes.
