Symptoms
When attempting to delete a contact record that is tied to an employee's record, the following error occurs.
You cannot delete the contact because the person is designated as a benefit dependent or beneficiary, or an attempt was made to process the benefit designation. (PER-1531462)
You can remove any benefit designations for the person and then end date the contact. Contact your Benefits Administrator for assistance.

Steps To Reproduce
1. Go to Person Management
2. Query the Employee
3. Go to the Contacts tab
4. Highlight the contact name and hit delete.
5. Error message appears.
