Fusion Cloud - Manage Common Lookups - Country Specific Tagging Values Not Appearing (Doc ID 1911567.1)

Symptoms

Customer wants to have a list of diversity values for the UK to be only available to those employees working within the UK. To accomplish this, they have agged the values with +GB and attached the Lookup Type to the related Content Type. When selecting a UK employee, however, and going to the Portrait of that employee to select the content type we are unable to see any of the values. However, when we remove the tags we then get the values.  The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a new country-specific country lookup
2. Add tags to the lookup codes.
3. Access the portrait an employee based in the lookup's country. (Portrait -> Skills and Experience -> Skills and Qualifications)
4. Confirmed the tagged lookup codes do not appear, and the untagged code do.
