Custom Subject Area: Need A Left Join Of Sales Account To Order History (Doc ID 1912223.1)

We have a custom subject area called "Order History 7-12-2013".
This includes Sales Account, which is a parent to a custom object: Order History.
In this CSA in OBIEE, if we only use fields from Sales Account, we can extract ALL customers in an analysis.
However, once we pull in any records from "Order History", it appears to default to an inner join, and we lose any customers who do not have a record in Order History.

How can we update this CSA so that we specify whether we want an inner join or a left join?
In many cases, we want to include ALL customers from Sales Account, even if there are no child records in Order History.
