Error while Human Resources (HR) is trying to add a personal payment method:
The party identified by the specified party ID does not exist. (PER-1530186)
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Person Management->Manage Personal Payment Method
2. Fill in the details
3. Submit.
