Live Help Chat: No 'alt' text on customer client buttons (Doc ID 1913124.1)

Symptoms

ISSUE:
The text information of the simulated buttons (div) are not rendered to screen readers.
Screen readers only inform non-sighted users that the simulated button is a button. Non-sighted users are not able to tell the purpose of all buttons provided on the page.
