Fusion : Error While Loading Person Profiles Through FBL - JBO-HRT:::HRT_DUP_PROFILE_SAME_PERSON - A profile already exists for this person

When attempting to load the Profile Business Object the following error occurs.
oracle.jbo.RowValException: JBO-HRT:::HRT_DUP_PROFILE_SAME_PERSON: <MESSAGE><NUMBER>HRT-975118</NUMBER><TEXT>A profile already exists for this person.</TEXT><CAUSE></CAUSE><ACTION></ACTION><DETAILS>A person can have only one profile. You cannot create multiple profiles for the same person.</DETAILS><INCIDENT></INCIDENT>
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Prepare the input zip file and move to UCM.
2. Import & load the batch once the import is successful.
