Symptoms

An error in the following general format occurs when a User attempts to delete a Configurable Form:

Form [Form Name] cannot be deleted because of the following reasons:
• [Form Name] is assigned to Packet [Packet Title] in Activity [Activity Title] which is not in Complete state
