Benefits eligibility profile for related cover not working

Have created program with several plans. Eligibility for 1 plan is based on you having selected another plan. I have created eligibility profiles with related coverage based on determination date but finding options with linked eligibility do not appear and when dependant plan selected they do not appear then,Based on open enrollment period
