Oracle Live Help On Demand Chat and Email customers experienced a service outage. Agents were unable to log into the Agent Console and active chat sessions were disconnected. Additionally, from 6:00 pm – 7:35 pm ET some customers may have experienced intermittent issues logging into the Agent Console.
