Listen & Analyze: Standard Indicator for 'Customer Service' in English Does Not Show Search Terms

On : NA version, Listen

Listen & Analyze > Indicators > Standard indicator, "Customer Service", is not showing search terms when English language is opted, as opposed to German which correctly shows all search terms.

In reference to Listen & Analyze: The Dashboards Tab (Doc ID 1602266.1), indicator, "Customer Service", is offered as out-of-the-box, hence, applicable search terms should be on shown.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Using English as the language, via Listen & Analyze > Indicators > Standard indicator, select "Customer Service"

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users are unable to use Indicator, "Customer Service" when English is used as the language option.
