Passport: First Advantage (choicepoint) screens do not show orders that were successfully submitted

Information in this document applies to any platform.
Background checks are successfully requested to the First Advantage FADV background check service (choicepoint). The request is acknowledged by the partner and a 'receipt ID' (external reference ID) is received back into the Taleo system.
However after this users cannot find the request in the partner screens/system. And clicking More Details, which for this should take user directly into FADV to see this specific case instead shows completely blank screen or results.
