Last updated on NOVEMBER 07, 2017

Applies to:

Oracle BigMachines CPQ Cloud Service - Version 11.0 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Goal

When a site is refreshed, for example Test is refreshed from Production, the Test site will be an exact copy of Production. All data, such as quotes, configurations, commerce processes, and documents are fully copied over on to Test.

After a site has been refreshed with another environment, some steps should be taken to ensure the site performs as expected. This article assumes that the refresh is from production to a test environment. Most of the steps below apply to a refresh from a test environment to another test environment; however, some may not be necessary.
