SOA Server Keeps Going Down Every Other Hour

SOA server keeps going down every other hour and remains down for hours. This is impacting overall testing.
" The application cannot open the HCM approval rules UI because the SOA server is down. Contact the help desk for more information."
Steps to reproduce issue.
1. Setting up Approval rules in BPM and run 1-2 transactions. Single User only.
2. Most time the Server goes down when Committing the changes in BPM Approval rules.
3. Testing is being done manually and with 1-2 test employees only.
