Backscored Listen Topic Data not showing in Engage (Doc ID 1919982.1)

On : Engage

Backscoring was done for a Topic which pulled the past data in Listen. But this backscored data is not visible in Engage. 

All the snippets of a Topic should be available in Engage, irrespective of how they were pulled in Listen & Analyze.

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Create a Topic
2. Apply Export rules to export it to Engage
3. Run backscoring for the Topic to extract snippets from last 1 year
Check the messages for the Topic in Engage. The messages which were pulled in from backscoring do not show up.

The issue has the following business impact:
The user cannot perform an action on the backscored messages.
