Troubleshooting - Interview Coordination Error: The Action Could Not be Performed (Active Directory / Exchange) (Doc ID 1920023.1)

The following error is displayed to the user when trying to select an internal participant or select an internal resource, while creating an Interview using the Interview Coordination function with a calendar in Evaluation Management (Interviews tab): The action could not be performed.

This problem occurs when the Recruiting setting Evaluation Interview Integrations Activation is enabled in order for the Oracle products to gather the list of interview participants and their calendar availability from the customer's Active Directory and Microsoft Exchange servers.
