Mass upload of item category assignment is not completing when using source system reference to resolve the item number.
There is no error. Item Import ends after preprocessing and does not indicate any error in log files.
The upload works correctly when using the seeded PIMDH spoke system.
This issue can be reproduced as follows:
- Setup a new spoke system
- Import Items from this spoke system, with a source system reference
- Populate the excel template tab for item assignment to category with source system as the spoke system created in step 1 and source system reference for item imported in step 2, and generate the zip file
- Upload the zip file to UCM and run item import
- Assignment of items to categories does not work.
