Symptoms

On : 11.1.8.0.0 version, Synchronization

When attempting to sync with Oracle Sales Cloud, the following error occurs.

1. Sync with Oracle Sales Cloud

Due to this issue, users encounter an application error when sync'ing with Oracle Sales Cloud

In sync dump following can be observed
