Fusion PIM: Cannot Assign Item To Supplier In Master And Child Org In The Same Import Batch

On : 184.108.40.206.0 version, Consolidate Product/Service Master Data-Manage Import Batches
When attempting to assign an item to the supplier in both the master and the child organization during the same import batch.
the following error occurs.
The corresponding Item supplier site organization association for master organization does not exist. (EGP-2775610).
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create either ADFDi or Import Map based import data via Excel.
2. Ensure that the batch contains sequential updates to both child and master organization.
3. On import activity get error The corresponding Item supplier site organization association for master organization does not exist. (EGP-2775610).
4. Per pre GA Bug 9883102 : ST3B12:STD:INCORRECT BEHAVIOR:SUPPLIER SITE ORG GET ASSOCIATED TO CHILD ORG ONLY master and child in same batch should be allowed without error.
This is a common use case, to use a child organization to model the target markets (countries). When receiving an item from the datapool and assigning to the master organization and to the child organization (e.g. NL) in the same import batch. This applies to complete new items, but also existing items that are being delivered by a different supplier.
