Notification in the Manage Document Records, an Exit process for the employee is created. For this is created a custom Manage Document Records type "Resign".
This document is created by the menu My Portrait > All Actions > Manage Doc Records, and a new document of type "Resign is created." Don't want to access this document through this menu and would link of name Resign. When employee click on this, it automatically open a new Manage Document Records of type=Resign for entering resign information.
