Symptoms

On : 11.1.8.0.0 version, Compensation Plans

Error during creation of Incentive compensation plan component
When we tried to create IC plan component then an error is displayed as below
But when we check our calender setups in application , periods are define.
Attached the screenshot of both screen error screen as well as calender period screen.

Calendar screen path is setup & maintenance--> manage calendar task--> click on goto task

ERROR

 You must define all of the required periods for the plan component duration, from 2014-04-01 to 2015-03-31. (CN-1575409). Define the periods for the calendar in the Application Setup work area.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. create IC plan component
2. Calendar screen path is setup & maintenance--> manage calendar task--> click on goto task

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot create IC plan.
