Fusion Global HR: Actions Menu is Not Visible from My Portrait for Custom Employee role (Doc ID 1923610.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.1.8.0.0 version, My Portrait

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When a user opens the Person Gallery (My Portrait), the "Actions" menu on the left side of the screen is not visible.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The "Actions" menu must be visible

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Click on Navigator -> Person Gallery
2. Employee's Portrait opens up
3. Look for the "Actions" menu containing a list of actions, To the left of the carousel (not under the carousel), under the employee's information
On Step# 3, the Actions menu is not visible.
