Symptoms

Field InHiringProcess is showed as False for a candidate known to have active applications.

Field ActiveApplicationCount is less than a candidate's actual number of active applications.

Changes

Configuration > Taleo Recruiting Administration > Taleo Recruiting Administration > Taleo Recruiting Settings
Display Incomplete Application setting.
