Error situation experienced where the Bank Account Creation Failed for all Bank Accounts created via Manage Personal Payment Methods on Employee Self Service.

If creating the same record via the HR Specialist role then the record creates without error.

Can confirm that  the Synchronize Person Records process as per Note 1618678.1 has been run and still get the error on ESS.
